This is important to understand that googimart.com can cancel or hold an order (i.e. a shopping order placed by any customer) due to any reason. in such situation Googimart.com or the Firm/company owning googimart.com will not be responsible for any kind of loss caused to customer. If order is cancelled by googimart.com then amount paid by customer will be refunded without any charge deduction.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 30% CASH BACK (IN FORM OF REWARD POINTS) SCHEME
1)This 30% CASH BACK (IN FORM OF REWARD POINTS) SCHEME is a promotional scheme launched by Googimart (Victor Fashions) to encourage cash-less/ digital transactions by giving 30% reward points to the customers .
2) This scheme is an extra benefit to the customer though he/she is already given the normal discount. Hence Googimart(Victor Fashions) reserves all rights to terminate this scheme at any point of time ,fully or partially ,without any prior notice.
3) All matters of dispute subject to Haldwani jurisdiction.
4) This scheme is non-negotiable and non-transferable, this scheme and all its benefits are only for the holder of the scheme.
5) Holder of this scheme can use the reward points having value equal to 10% of the next purchase amount*
*Purchase amount=MRP of product-normal discount.
6) Product purchased under this scheme can be exchanged/ returned, OR refund for the payment can be asked, but all this customer has to do on his/her risk and cost. In case of return/exchange or refund demand customer has to pay the shipping/packing charges for both sides.

GOOGI NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME 2018-(For academic year 2018-2019)
OBJECTIVE OF LAUNCHING GNSS: -It’s a small initiative to help poor and needy students of the country so that they can pursue their education. Those students who are working on any new innovative idea/research projects can also get full benefit of this scheme.
NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS:- Maximum 20 scholarships of award amount ranging from Rs 5000 to 100000 per scholarship.
AGE LIMIT:-A) candidates of age 12 years or above .
B) Candidates studying in 8th standard or in higher standards.
